Refund policy
We have a 24- hours return policy, which means you have twenty-four hours after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer returns, refunds or an exchange at our discretion. We reserve the right to exchanges and refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE ITEMS IF WE HAVE THEM IN STOCK, OTHERWISE, A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
- RETURNS AREN’T ALLOWED FOR ‘CHANGE OF MIND’. ITEM(S) RETURNED MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, (ZIPLOC AND MAILING BAG) AND UNDAMAGED.
- WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURNS TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO US. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. FOR RETURNS ON FAULTY ITEMS, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM, MINUS ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.
- REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ITEMS AFTER PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN CANNOT BE GRANTED. THIS IS BECAUSE THE ITEM IS UNDERGOING PROCESSES THAT CANNOT BE REVERSED.IF THERE IS A MISTAKE IN THE PRODUCTION OF AN ITEM (E.G DEFECTIVE ITEMS, DIFFERENT SIZE FROM YOUR SELECTION), A REPLACEMENT WOULD BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY, UNFORTUNATELY, NO REFUND CAN BE GIVEN.
- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY UNREASONABLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY TETANURA CLOTHING?
- WE DO REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE (ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ORDER NUMBER)SEND IT BACK TO US WITHIN 48HRS OF THE PURCHASED DATE.
- UNTIL AN ITEM IS RECEIVED AT TETANURA IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
- WE WILL INSPECT THE PRODUCT ON ITS RETURN, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGE SHOULD WE EVALUATE THE PRODUCT TO NOT BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION.
- ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM, YOU WILL HEAR FROM US VIA EMAIL OR DM.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ITEM YOU ARE RETURNING IS PACKAGED CORRECTLY/SAFELY.
To start a return, you can contact us at tetanurang@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
