HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

While we would like to promise fast delivery, unfortunately, we can’t control any unexpected delays during the transit process. However, here is some information for reference.
Once your order has been dispatched from our workshop, delivery times are as below:

 

Lagos: 2-3 workdays

 

Nationwide: 4-7 workdays

 

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN THE STATED TIME?

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, when you place an order over a certain value which is noted on the shipping page.

 

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, you will receive an email providing a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched through GiG logistics. You can follow its journey right to your door by tracking it via GIG website/app

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Not Yet.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are unable to allow public access to our workshop

 

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you did not receive an order confirmation email from us, it is usually because it has ended up in your email’s junk or spam folder. If you have checked and still cannot find our email, please contact us for assistance.

 

CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be able to sign for the package.

If in case you would like your parcel to be left in a safe spot, please make a note of this in your delivery details when placing your order.

Please note: we do not take responsibility for orders left with a third party.

 

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Your order cannot be changed if it has been processed or shipped. Send us a WhatsApp message on 09063560594 for assistance.

 

DO YOU ONLY STOCK ONLINE?

Yes, our stock list is only available online at this time.

 

IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN VIEW THE PIECES BEFORE I PURCHASE THEM ONLINE?

Unfortunately NO, we do not have a physical store.

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT ONLINE?
